I'm Sharon Amesu. For 16 years, I worked as a Criminal Barrister in high-pressure courtrooms where clarity mattered and every word counted.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
What is Voice of Influence?
Voice of Influence is an 12 week group coaching programme for senior women leaders who want to strengthen their authority, lead courageous conversations and show up with grounded presence in high-stakes situations. You'll learn embodied presence techniques and the BRAVER framework for difficult conversations through live coaching, peer learning and real-world practice.
Is this a presentation skills course?
No. While we cover presenting with presence this programme is about how you show up across all leadership moments - boardroom conversations, difficult one-to-ones, stakeholder negotiations and also, presentations. It's about developing the internal and physical foundation to lead with authority in any room.
What makes this different from other leadership programmes?
Two things: First, we work on both the internal foundation (self-acceptance, values, identity) and the external skills (voice, body language, difficult conversations). Second, it's taught by someone who spent 16 years in criminal courtrooms where presence and clarity weren't optional - they were survival skills.
What's the BRAVER framework?
BRAVER is my methodology for navigating difficult conversations with courage and clarity:
Breathe - Ground yourself in moments of pressure
Reframe - Shift perspective to see situations clearly
Advocate - Speak with conviction, not apology
Validate - Acknowledge without abandoning your position
Explore - Navigate complexity with curiosity
Resolve - Move forward with clarity and confidence
When does it run?
Cohorts run quarterly. Each cohort meets weekly for 12 consecutive weeks at a set time (e.g., Thursdays 12-1:30pm GMT). You'll receive the exact schedule before enrolling.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. However, this is live group coaching - the transformation happens in real-time practice and peer feedback, so attend live whenever possible.
How many people are in each cohort?
Maximum 8 participants. This ensures everyone gets coaching time and the group stays intimate enough for real vulnerability and growth.
Is this on Zoom?
Yes, all sessions are via Zoom.
What's the time commitment?
90 minutes live per week, plus 30-60 minutes of homework/practice. The work is designed to integrate into your actual leadership challenges, not add extra tasks.

What if I'm an introvert? Will this work for me?
Absolutely. Grounded presence isn't about being loud or extroverted - it's about being steady, clear, and authentically yourself. Some of the most powerful leaders I've coached are introverts.
I don't have a "difficult conversation" coming up right now. Should I wait?
If you're a senior leader, you're always navigating difficult dynamics - whether it's setting boundaries, challenging decisions, or advocating for yourself. This programme gives you frameworks you'll use for the rest of your career, not just for one conversation.
Do you work with men?
Voice of Influence is specifically for women. The dynamics senior women face - being interrupted, dismissed, having expertise questioned - are distinct and the programme is designed around those patterns.

What's the investment?
£3,500 for the full 12-week programme, including all live sessions, recordings, workbook, peer community and a 30-minute 1:1 integration call 4 weeks after the programme ends.
Can I pay in instalments?
Not currently. The programme requires full payment upfront.
What results can I expect?
You'll leave with practical tools for grounding yourself under pressure, handling difficult conversations without avoiding them, and showing up with more presence and less second-guessing. Past participants report being interrupted less, having their ideas taken seriously and feeling more confident in high-stakes moments.
Is there a guarantee?
No refunds once the programme begins. This is deep transformation work - you get out what you put in. If you show up, practice, and engage with the group, you'll see shifts.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You'll have lifetime access to recordings and resources. Plus, you're invited to join 'The Voice of Influence Academy' (our ongoing membership community) if you want continued support.

What's your coaching style?
Direct, warm, and no-nonsense. I'll challenge you when you're playing small and celebrate you when you step up. I don't do corporate fluff - I tell you what you need to hear, not what's comfortable.
Will I get individual coaching attention in a group programme?
Yes. Each session includes hot seat coaching where I work with individuals on real situations while the group learns from the coaching. You'll get direct feedback multiple times across the 12 weeks.
I've worked with other coaches before. How is this different?
Most executive coaches focus on strategy or mindset. I focus on how you actually show up in the room - your body, your voice, your presence - combined with the frameworks to navigate what you're avoiding. It's embodied, practical and immediate.
