By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website:

  • In a way that does not infringe the rights of others

  • Without attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or data

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse occurs.

4. Coaching and Consultancy Services

Where you engage us for coaching or consultancy:

  • A separate written agreement or proposal will apply

  • Payment terms will be outlined in that agreement

  • Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe

  • Missed sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions and results.

5. Events and Training

For workshops, masterclasses, or programmes:

  • Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event may not be refundable

  • We reserve the right to amend dates, speakers, or format if necessary

  • If we cancel an event, a refund or transfer will be offered

For corporate bookings, terms will be specified in the signed contract.

6. Digital Products

For downloadable or online products:

  • Access is granted for personal use only

  • Login details must not be shared

  • Redistribution is prohibited

  • Refunds may be restricted once access is granted

We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse occurs.

7. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days

  • Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the service in question

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information.

However:

  • Information may be disclosed if required by law

  • We may anonymise client experiences for case studies unless otherwise agreed

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
