Coaching for Leaders
Leadership Coaching

Leadership in midlife and midcareer can feel like standing at a crossroads: you’ve earned your seat at the table, yet something in you knows there’s more you’re meant to step into. My leadership coaching is for midlife professional women who want to lead with clarity, courage and calm, without burning out or shrinking to fit.
Together we work on your leadership identity, decision‑making and boundaries, so you can navigate complex politics, grow your influence, and design a next‑chapter career that actually reflects who you are now not who you were ten years ago. You’ll leave with a stronger sense of direction, practical strategies for leading people through change and the confidence to claim the roles and opportunities you’ve outgrown waiting for.

Leadership Communication Coaching

You already know what you want to say; the challenge is saying it in the room, to the right people, in a way that lands. Leadership communication coaching helps you speak with authority, presence and warmthwhether you’re in the boardroom, on Teams, or handling a high‑stakes, emotionally charged conversation.
We focus on the skills senior women are rarely taught: how to hold your nerve under scrutiny, frame a compelling message, handle challenge without collapsing or attacking and give feedback that is honest and humane. You’ll learn practical tools for structuring your messages, managing your state and using your voice and body language so that when you speak, people listen, take you seriously and know you mean business.

Confidence Coaching for Midlife Women

Confidence coaching is for the moments when, on paper, you’re impressive but inside, you’re second‑guessing, overthinking and quietly wondering if you’re about to be found out. This coaching gives you a structured, supportive space to rebuild your self‑belief from the inside out, so you can show up as the woman your experience has already earned you the right to be.
We work on the beliefs, habits and patterns that keep you playing small people‑pleasing, perfectionism, imposter syndrome while also practising the visible behaviours of confidence: speaking up in meetings, asking for what you need, setting boundaries and backing your own decisions. The result is not a louder version of you, but a steadier, braver one: a midlife woman who trusts herself, uses her voice and takes up space in her life and work with grounded, unapologetic confidence.
